we would not put our own payroll on something we had not run for a year. neither should you.
six products, one login · in production for over a year
reapview by the numbers
reapview is new. the software is not: it started as the operating system a multi-branch business built to run itself. payroll lived in one tool, scheduling in another, IT tickets in a third, and the sales pipeline in a fourth - four logins, four sources of truth, and no manager who could see the whole operation at once. nothing on the market was built for how operators like us actually work.
so we built one system instead: a single login covering every branch, every shift, and every department, with payroll, scheduling, support tickets, and pipeline all reading from the same data. once every manager was running their day through it, we decided it was ready for someone else to run their business on.
every product here has already run a real business.
not a demo environment, not a pilot: this is the same production system we run ourselves.

one identity
the same person, the same login, and the same permissions in every product they touch.
real-time
a change on one screen reaches every other screen instantly, with nothing to refresh, export, or reconcile by hand.
branch-scoped
every record belongs to a business unit; managers see their branch, leadership sees all of them.
your data
one database you can read, export, and leave with whenever you choose, never locked in by an opaque format.

more than one location
whether you run two branches or twenty, the moment a spreadsheet needs merging by hand, you've outgrown it.
hourly and salaried
shift workers, field crews, office staff, and management all work from the same system.
past the tool sprawl
replace the seams between an HR app, a CRM, a scheduling sheet, and a chat thread that were never built to talk to each other.
we still run every branch on the same system we sell you. nothing here is a demo.
